About the Organization:

CEF believes that every child needs Jesus. Their desire is to reach unchurched, unreached children with the Gospel, disciple them and establish them and their families in a local Bible-believing church. Our primary opportunity is the after-school Good News Club® which impacts the child, the family, the school environment, and the community. The Western Wisconsin chapter, which encompasses seven counties in the Driftless region, has a population of approximately 33,000 children and 124 elementary schools. In the summer, we train teens to impact the next generation with the Gospel in backyards, parks and festivals.

Website: https://www.cefofwesternwisconsin.org/

For more information, please contact wwoffice@cefwi.org

Prayer Requests:

  • Pray for our summer team! We have Assistants who are 11-12 and trained teenagers from 13-18 who will be blitzing neighborhoods and parks with the Gospel.
  • Pray for their own spiritual relationship with Jesus to blossom and grow!
  • We have a need for 4 more hosts to impact their neighborhoods! We have the entire program, but hosts are the lighthouses in their own “field of service”.
  • Pray for the hundreds of children who will hear the Gospel through the Good News Clubhouse!
  • Pray for new teams being built for after-school Good News Clubs!

Praise Report:

  • A parent shared that her children were sharing everything they learned at summer Good News Club with their unbelieving father.
  • Many children are hearing the Gospel through the Clubhouse. One parent shared that she was encouraged to begin taking her children to church.
  • One church doing summer Good News Clubs for their VBS, is very excited about the potential for outreach.

We also pray that God will provide more mentors for us and then the Holy Spirit will guide us in making connections and that the relationships created will be healthy, encouraging and guided by God.

  • Pray over our ministry team. That God will continue to provide direction, resources and strength as we share the Gospel, serve families and disciple youth.

About the Organization:

Life Builders International focuses on feeding the mind, body and soul of each individual they help. They not only provide meals to widows and orphans, they are teaching needed skills and nurturing their souls; teaching people to live rightly with Godly principles. In order to continue this ministry, extend their reach across Guatemala and expand their programs, Life Builders International is building a feeding center. The focus of the feeding center is on distributing food, firewood, medicine and Bibles, and teaching the life skills people need to provide for their families. When fully operational, they will be able to reach the entire country from this location.
